Guidelines for registration
- Registration fees(full conferences and field trips) cover attendance to all conference sessions, field trips, chartered buses, tea breaks, lunches from October 1 to 5 and dinners from October 1 to 3 (breakfasts are not included).
- All participants MUST register for the conference.
- At least one author of accepted proposals MUST complete the registration online by the deadline of online registration (Sept 1, 2018); otherwise, the accepted proposals will be withdrawn from the conference schedule.
- Presenters are encouraged to complete their registration online between May 1 and Sept 1.
- For non-presenters and co-presenters, if you miss the online registration date, registration on site is available, but it will cost an extra of 50 USD.
